St. Nicholas and St. Teilo Church, Penally, was the setting for the wedding, on Saturday, of Mr. Benjamin Lee Thomas Fecci and Miss Jessica Kate Goodridge.

The groom is the eldest son of Amanda Thomas and Delmon Fecci, of Tenby, while the bride is the youngest daughter of Cherry and Marcel Goodridge, of Penally.

The bride is the fourth generation of her family to be married in Penally Church.

Given away by her father, the bride wore a Jenny Packham full-skirted strapless gown in white tulle, which featured crystal detail on the fitted bodice and a matching veil by Joyce Jackson. She also wore a crystal encrusted tiara and necklace and bracelet in a starburst design. Her tear-drop bouquet featured white roses, lilies, freesia, red berries and crystals.

Matron-of-honour was the bride's sister, Gemma Haley, while the bridesmaids were Leanne Hicks, bride's friend, Tina Phillips, bride's cousin, and Jessica Fecci, groom's sister. They wore ruby A-line satin gowns with crystal detail on the chest.

Best man for the ceremony was Paul Haley, bride's brother-in-law, and ushers were Ross Suter, groom's friend, and Lorenzo Fecci, groom's cousin.

Red crushed velvet waistcoats and ties worn by the men were made by the best man's mother.

The service was conducted by Canon David Jenkins and was followed by a reception at St. Brides Hotel, Saundersfoot, during which the couple cut a magnificent four-tier wedding cake, made by the bride's mother.

The couple, who will be honeymooning in the Bahamas in January, will make their home at Celtic Corner, Upper Frog Street, Tenby.
