St. Mary's Parish Church, Tenby, was the picturesque setting for the recent wedding of Mr. Jonathan Richard Rolfe Webb and Miss Sarah Bridgette Currie.
The groom, a solicitor, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clive Webb, of Tenby, while the bride, a personal assistant, is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Currie, also of Tenby.
The bride looked classic and elegant in a designer dress made of pure silk and gathered chiffon to the waist, with the back of the dress from neckline to train having detailed small buttons; it was a creation by designer Nicki Hill, of Botley, Southampton. The bride carried a hand-tied posy of ivory roses and ivy, with smaller bud flowers in her hair.
The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Helen Spencer, who was matron-of-honour, while bridesmaids were Miss Suzanne Partridge, best friend, and the groom's sister, Miss Tori Webb. Pretty flower girl was Miss Molly Sarah Spencer, bride's niece.
All looked beautiful in their dresses and stoles that were made by Mrs. Marnie Owens, a family friend. They all carried hand-tied posies of bright pink roses and ivy, together with smaller flowers in their hair.
Best man was Mr. Ben Diment, and the ushers were Mr. Dai Spencer, Mr. Colin Webb and Mr. Hilton McCarthy.
After the church service, a reception lunch was held at the Giltar Hotel, Tenby, where the happy couple cut their magnificent cake made by Mrs. Marianne Brown and Miss Linda Brown.
In the evening, the couple were joined by guests and a disco and buffet were enjoyed by all.
The couple honeymooned in Ireland and have made their home together in Saundersfoot.
