With the starvation of so many familes in Sudan in mind, the Tenby branch of Christian Aid are holding a coffee morning at Church House in Upper Frog Street, tomorrow (Saturday), from 10 am. "We hope we get even more people along than usual, especially as there is so much strife going on in today's world," said a group spokesman. "Millions of innocent people are desperate for help from South Wales. Just a tiny contribution here could easily save at least one life in the third world." Tenby volunteers raised nearly £2,500 to prevent people in the developing world from dying of malnutrition during Christian Aid week in the summer. The money went to help people of all religions, not just Christianity. "The large amount raised shows the people of Tenby are very generous," continued the spokesman. "We hope they will continue the good work by attending tomorrow's coffee morning. "And if you're too busy shopping to have a cup of coffee, you can always give a donation at the door!"
