Pembrokeshire County Council has been asked to consider the parking bays at Tenby’s multi-storey car park - with many bemoaning for years that the spaces are simly too small.

In correspondence sent to the Local Authority (who run and are responsible for the car park located on Upper Park Road), Cllr Michael Williams, county councillor for Tenby’s North ward stated: “The parking bays currently in place in this car park are far too small to accommodate modern vehicles and the layout needs to be reconfigured if possible before next season.

“The size of parking bays is particularly relevant in this car park due to the constraints created by its structure.

“Could some research be undertaken to facilitate these necessary changes,” he added.
