Pictured are two members of the Tenby Aces Cycle Club who ran a marathon at St. Davids as part of their fund-raising year for Wales Air Ambulance.

The two cyclists/runners were Carlton Coates (number 58) and Chris Lloyd (number 139) wearing their WAA vests.

They are building up their fitness training for their big ride from Caernarfon to the new air base at Dafen, Llanelli, on Saturday, June 18, and then on to a big finish at Tenby, all in aid of Wales Air Ambulance.
