An eight-year-old girl was taken to Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, after she fell from the sluice wall at Saundersfoot.
The girl, who was on holiday from Kidderminster fell approximately six to seven feet onto the harbour slipway.
Coastguards and paramedics went to her aid following the incident at 8.45 pm last Thursday.
