• NP/25/0605/FUL Proposed first floor extension to existing bungalow including the installation of 5 rooflights, re-location of chimney and construction of external staircase to rear, at Tree Tops, Bevelin Lane, Saundersfoot, SA69 9NX (members offered no objections to the proposals).

• NP/25/0649/FUL Demolition of existing garden store and erection of new outbuilding for a home gym, at The Spinney, Saundersfoot, SA69 9BD (members offered no objections to the proposals).

The views of the Community Council will now be passed onto the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, whose development management committee will consider the applications at a later date.
