Dave Young, of Saundersfoot, raised £500 as a result of taking part in the Saundersfoot New Year's Day Swim. He donated £300 to Ward 10, Withybush Hospital, and the remainder to Motor Neurone, in memory of Michael Jenkins. Michael was a swim regular and sadly passed away earlier this year. Dave is pictured presenting Mrs. Jenkins with the cheques, while also pictured are the organisers of the swim Chris Williams (left) and Roger Stephens. Plans for next year's swim are well underway and the organising committee is due to unveil its latest advertising campaign which will include appearances from Welsh rugby internationals Brent Cockbain, Ryan Jones and Lee Byrne.
