Tesco Pembroke Dock has had a super fundraising weekend in aid of their charity partners, British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.

The colleagues in store dressed as Super Heroes and community champion, Sharon Bevans, with the support of her colleagues, organised a tea party at the front of the store where customers and colleagues could have tea and cake and even some super fruit pots in return for a donation.

The Super Heroes were a big hit with both young and old alike, and Iron Man, in particular, was a big hit for having a photo taken with.

Tesco is keen to be able to help support charities and local community projects.

Tesco Pembroke Dock manager Vanessa Martin told us: “We are humbled by the generosity of our customers and colleagues who have donated both their time and money to make this a success for our charity partners.”
