Tenby’s Mayor has continued to thank businesses and individuals in the community that have ‘gone the extra mile’ in helping others during the lockdown and throughout the Covid-19 crisis

Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Sam Skyrme-Blackhall last month asked the town’s people to nominate businesses and individuals that have been responsible for providing outstanding support over the pandemic.

She got the chance to present Darcy and Alison Price and their team at the Londis store on Trafalgar Road with their certificate of thanks after their many nominations from the public, for remaining open and providing excellent delivery services.

“From the very outset of the lockdown Londis provided home deliveries and ensured that the store was open, with the team quickly adapting to difficult circumstances and ensuring help for those in need,” said Clr. Mrs. Sam Skyrme-Blackhall

“Trafalgar (Londis) stores is a long established business that continues to provide excellent service to our community.

“We should support our local stores and remember they were there to support us through difficult times,” she added.
