Glorious sunshine again greeted the ninth annual Tenby AFC/Folly Farm Spring Sevens. Thirty teams from around the county and as far as Llanelli, Swansea and Merthyr contested the trophies in three age groups, Under 8s, 10s and 12s. The format was two pools of five teams, with the top two teams progressing to the semi-finals and the winners of these contesting the finals.

After all the pool games had been played, the four teams through to the Under 8s semi-final were Prendergast Villa, Kilgetty, Lamphey, and Tenby '8'. The first game saw Prendergast Villa easily overcome Lamphey by eight goals to two, while the second match was a lot closer. This game, between Kilgetty and Tenby '8', went into extra-time with Tenby '8' winning with a 'golden goal'.

The final was won by Prendergast Villa by three goals to one. The player of the final, picked by the referee, was the Tenby goalie, Natty John.

The Under 10s tournament was equally as exciting, with Tenby '10', Lamphey, Milford and Clarbeston Road all progressing to the semi-finals. Milford and Tenby '10' contested the first match and nothing could separate them, even with extra-time, so it was decided on penalties. Milford held their nerve to win by three goals to two. The second semi saw a strong Lamphey side beat Clarbeston Road by two goals to one in a very good game.

The final of this group was won by Lamphey, who were just too strong for Milford and won two-nil. The player of the final was Callum Cronin, of Lamphey.

The Under 12s semi-finals pitched together two local derbies. Gowerton took on West End, both from Swansea, which saw West End triumph two- one. While Pembrokeshire's Tenby '12' and St. Clears battled out the other semi, which Tenby won three-nil.

This final, the closest of the day, was won by West End by a single goal and the player of the final was Nicky Manson (West End).

All the trophies, which were sponsored by Folly Farm, were presented to the winners, runners-up and player of the final by each final referee.
