Members of the Pembrokeshire Fundraising Branch of Guide Dogs Cymru wish to say a huge thank you to one of their volunteers, Sheila Ravenscroft, who recently took up the challenge ‘Walk Your Socks Off for Guide Dogs’.

Sheila had to walk 100,000 steps in a week which she achieved without any problem, and raised £370 for the charity.

Sheila would like to sincerely thank all the kind folk who sponsored her and helping her raise such an excellent amount.

Sheila is shown presenting the sponsorship to branch secretary, Eva Rich, who is accompanied by her guide dog Oyster, who was also celebrating her 10th birthday, having had a lovely free run and some extra treats.

Everyone in the branch and all the local guide dogs say well done Sheila and many thanks.
