The search is on to find Narberth's Person of the Year.

The town council are appealing for local residents to put forward members of the community who they feel are worthy of the award.

Nomination letters - containing the person's name and the reason for the nomination - should be sent to the clerk, Mrs. Caroline Coaker, at Sunnyhill, Woodford Lane, Robeston Wathen, SA67 8EN, by the end of June.

The town council will then consider the letters 'in camera' at their July meeting. The winner will be informed and invited to attend the civic luncheon which forms part of Civic Week.
