Sir, I would like to express my great concern over the talk of closure of the smaller schools. The one in particular near to my heart is Penally where my little grandson Oscar attends. Surely every village should be allowed to retain their little school. I have heard great praise of staff at Penally and can see no reason whatsoever to close it.
