At a special meeting of Saundersfoot Community Council held recently, members decided to set the precept for 2010/11 at £35,550 - the same as last year, resulting in a payment of £22.53 for a Band D property.
Members once again decided to fund the New Year's fireworks (£2,000) and to allocate £34,500 for donations to various organisations.
Other planned projects for this year included - Christmas lighting (£2,000), work in the Sensory Gardens (£1,000), CCTV maintenance charge (£2,000), enhancement of borders by the ticket office (£5,000), costs towards creating a MUGA on the tennis court in Saundersfoot (£15,000).
Councillors also decided to increase the fees for burials in St. Issell's cemetery by the rate of inflation.
It is anticipated that there would be shortfall of £19,150 between income and expenditure for the year 2010/11 and this would be funded from the council's reserves.
