OPERATOR mechanic (warfare) Danielle Etheridge, 17, has just passed out from the second phase of her naval training within the Warfare Training Group of the Maritime Warfare School, HMS Collingwood, in Fareham, Hampshire.
Originally from Tenby, where her parents Clair and Stephen still live, Danielle joined the Navy in September 2005 at Swansea Careers Office for the good career prospects.
An ex-pupil of Ysgol Greenhill School, she enjoys socialising with friends in her spare time. Danielle is due to join the Fleet on the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal and hopes to progress quickly through the ranks.
