A cheque for £947 has been presented to Tenby RNLI from St. Mary’s Church flower ladies who had arranged a number of floral displays to honour Her Majesty’s 90th birthday.

The ladies said: “The response to the displays was amazing and complimentary. With the aid of generous sponsorship from Sainsbury’s, money raised at previous coffee mornings and donations from both visitors and church members, a wonderful amount of £947 was collected.”

Mrs Anne Buet, organiser of the festival, is seen presenting a cheque to Steve Lowe, Tenby Station mechanic.
