DURING a presentation at Pembroke Town Hall, councillors paid tribute to recently retired, Lt. Colonel Johnny Rogers and his wife Nicky for their unstinting work within the community and their involvement with numerous worthy causes.
Lt. Colonel Rogers recently retired after serving as commandant at Castlemartin Training Area since 2002.
Upon accepting the gift, Lt. Colonel Rogers expressed his thanks to the council for the friendship and support that both he and his wife received during his time at Castlemartin and hoped that the excellent relationship would continue for many years to come.
