Members of Tenby Royal British Legion celebrated Remembrance Day at Park House Court.

They were accompanied by the Mayor of Tenby, Clr. Trevor Hallet, members of Tenby 1284 Air Training Corps and The Griffon Choir.

A solemn service was held, conducted by the Rev. Andrew Davies, where the residents were able to lay poppies on a model of the cenotaph.

Prior to the service, the party was treated to lunch, and after the Remembrance service, members of the British Legion and the Mayor circulated amongst the residents and they enjoyed reminiscing.

The event was organised by Mr. Gordon Prime.

Mr. Peter Parker, of Park House Court, is seen here with Mr. Prime, who brought a special Normandy flag in remembrance of Peter, Phillip and Christopher's father, Mr. Tom Parker, a Royal Marine who as part of Second World War actions took part in the D-Day landings.
