Netherwood School, Saundersfoot, is very proud of its Junior Public Speaking team. The girls, Grace Scourfield, Emily Thompson and Jenny Perrett, were selected, as winners from Saundersfoot, to go forward to the final of the District 1105 competition. They managed to succeed against teams from all over South Wales and are all a year younger than many of their competitors. They will be going forward to the Regional Final, in Port Talbot, tomorrow (Saturday) morning, when they will compete against teams from the West Country and Midlands. School principal, Mr. Huw Morris, said: "We're hoping for a Netherwood win in the morning, followed by a win for Wales in the afternoon! We wish them all the luck they deserve."
