ANNOUNCED this week as the recipient of a £2,000 Royal Welsh scholarship is Rhys Jonathan James, of Clarbeston Grange. The prize is intended to enable Rhys, who has qualified through the Higher National Diploma (HND), to enter a degree course in agriculture. The award is sponsored by Waitrose.
