Campaigners for the environment in Tenby have stated that they are close to submitting paper work to apply for official ‘plastic free’ accreditation for the town.
Speaking at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, Clr. Harry Whitehurst, who also sits on the Plastic Free Tenby group said the move would be ‘brilliant’ for the seaside resort.
“I would also like to reiterate our previous pledge, and remove all single use plastics from council premises,
