Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, were the following:

Mr. PJSR Hill, Mr. DWR Hill, Mrs. ARR Wood and Caister Castle Trust - development of up to 14 residential dwellings (including on-site affordable provision) incorporating highways alterations to form new access road and associated development infrastructure, at land west of Narberth Road, Tenby (deferred for site meeting).

Mr. Barry McKee, Pembrokeshire County Council - re-pollarding and pruning back to previous pollard points to reduce weight and clear utilities on T7 Elm, St. John’s Hill, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Dan Symonds - certificate of lawfulness use of existing building as self-contained dwelling, at Oaklands, Marsh Road, Tenby (approval).
