Amendments to a planning condition concerning the development of a new spa hotel in Tenby, have come before members of the Town Council.

The application [Reference: NP/25/0561/NMA] for a non-material amendment to NP/24/0438/FUL –seeks the alteration of Condition 12 wording for the scheme at 12 High Street (former TP Hughes building), to no development of the Market shall take place until the following details have been submitted and approved:

•interface with the existing market roof and roof of the new spa.

• the finish and decoration of the internal elevation facing into the existing market hall.

• lighting to the ground floor area below the extension.

Councillors noted the amendment but there were concerns that this may be a ‘stalling tactic’.
