Listed building renovation works for a Grade II listed property in the seaside town of Tenby have been given backing by local councillors
The following planning application was discussed by members of Tenby Town Council at their recent meeting: NP/25/0320/LBA – Internal works by way of demolition of some internal walls, door and window removal/replacement; the addition of conservation roof light, new staircase to the attic, bedroom and ensuite in attic and provision of a walk- way from ground floor to garden along with general like for like repairs to the listed building – Bedford House, Sutton Street.
When passing recommendation of approval, councillors said that as they were all internal works planned, the proposals would not impact the amenity of neighbouring properties.
