The grandchildren of two former Mayors of Tenby have presented the town's current Mayor with some historic photographs of their grandparents' time in office.

Anne, Richard and Colleen Davies, and Laina Watson (nee Davies) visited the Mayor's Parlour on Wednesday night, to present Tenby Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, with some photos from the past of their grandparents Wallace and Iris Davies, who donned the scarlet robes of office in the early '70s.

Mrs. Davies was the 584th and last Mayor of the Borough of Tenby which became a Town Council on March 31, 1974 .

Colleen, Laina, Anne and Richard are the children of the late and well-remembered Billy (Bun) and Christine Davies, who lived at Sea Vista, Crackwell Street.

They are seen above with Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Sure Lane (centre).
