Emmanuel Gospel Hall is the venue for this month's Prayer for the Suffering Church meeting, which takes place at 7.30 pm on August 28. As usual, the evening will be packed with up-to- date news, specific prayer requests and ways to help the suffering church through leading international charities such as Open Doors, Release International and the Barnabus Fund. The needs are greater than ever in the 21st century, but here there are opportunities for giving and other means of encouragement like letters and cards.
