A party of golfers from Trefloyne Golf Club, and the odd 'interloper' or two, recently enjoyed a memorable trip to the Algarve in Portugal. Based near the marina in Vilamoura and blessed with glorious weather, the group played a number of the courses in the area, as well as travelling further afield to a delightful venue close to the Spanish border. Last week, they got together for a reunion, when, as well as enjoying a meal and a few drinks at Tenby's Five Arches Tavern, they reminisced about the trip and talked over plans for another proposed sortie overseas next year. Will it be Portugal? Will it be Spain? Will it be France? Will it be..... watch this space! The party included Mel and Di Neale, Barry and Heather Thorne, Trevor and Chris Lewis, Mel Bealey, Dorit Parry, Gwyneth Jewitt, Alan Griffiths, Pat Casement, Martin Yates, Alan McGrath, Neil Dickinson and the man behind it all, tour organiser, Scott Davies.
