MISS JOY YOUNGER, TENBY - The death occurred peacefully at Park House Court Nursing Home on Friday, June 9, of Miss Joy Younger, aged 87 years, of St David’s Close, Tenby.
Joy was brought up in the London area but moved to Tenby some years ago with her mother (now deceased). She will be remembered by many as a music teacher, instructing young people to play the piano over the years.
The funeral service will take place on Monday, June 19, at Parc Gwyn Crematorium at 10 am.

It is with sadness we advise that our dad, Alan Day, 80, originally from Swansea, then St. Florence and finally Yate, Bristol, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017, following a short illness.
Alan was a Pharmacist and Manager for Boots the Chemist for all his working life, managing Boots in Tenby during the 1970s. An active member of the Rotary Club and an avid Swansea City fan, he will be sadly missed by all.
A Thanksgiving Service is being held on Tuesday, June 27, at 2.00 pm, at St. John’s Church, Chipping Sodbury, BS37 6BQ. All welcome.
