This morning the council tax demand dropped through the door with no statement of percentage increase over last year and no explanation; the Police Commissioner Dyfed Powys 6.9 per cent increase with no explanation.

Has anyone’s income risen by 6.9 per cent this year?

Note our councillors voted to increase their already obscene salaries and expenses.
