The Jeans for Genes appeal at Tenby's Greenhill School this year was an outstanding success, with £1,010 being raised by staff and students.
Proceeds will help eight national charities to fund vital genetic research to help alleviate and cure childhood genetic disorders.
Students looked good in their denim jeans and jackets and many were rewarded with individual prizes for excelling in the 'denim look'.
The genetics quiz during registration proved testing and congratulations to three prize-winning tutor groups - 10GMH, 11 AJP, 7SJE.
Many thanks to Woolworths Plc. who yet again this year so generously provided prizes for the day.
