Local police after investigating after extensive damage was caused to seven cars which were on display at Neil Finlay Cars, Pentlepoir, overnight on Sunday. The proprietor, Neil Finlay, is offering a £1,000 reward for any information which leads to the arrest and prosecution of the person or persons responsible. Two-vehicle accident
Two vehicles were involved in a road traffic collision on the A478 Begelly to Narberth road at approximately 5.25 pm on Wednesday. The two vehicles involved were a blue Seat Alhambra and a blue Daihatsu Fourtrak. Two casualties with serious injuries, but not believed to be life threatening were taken to hospital by ambulance. The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the accident and re-open at approximately 7.55 pm.
Fencing damaged
Police are investigating after damage was caused to fencing at Tenby's South Beach car park overnight on Friday. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC1062 Williams at Tenby police station on 0845 330 2000.
Drove off
Damage was caused to a white Citroen delivery van in Tenby's High Street on Wednesday, sometime between 10.40 and 10.55 am. Police are investigating after the offending vehicle drove off without providing details. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC981 Charlett at Tenby police station on 0845 330 2000.
Ladder stolen
Thieves stole a 25-foot aluminium ladder from the rear of County Clothes in Upper Frog Street, Tenby, sometime between 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am the following morning. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC278 Hanner at Tenby police station on 0845 330 2000.
Taxi incident under investigation
An incident where a taxi driver had a window smashed is being investigated by local police. At around 3.30 am on Sunday, a male person standing on New Hedges roundabout jumped out in front of the taxi causing it to stop. The person then proceeded to punch the vehicle's rear window causing it to smash. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC270 Pugh at Tenby police station on 0845 330 2000.
Mobile 'phone stolen
Police are investigating the theft of a mobile 'phone from the staff cloakroom of the Normandie, in Upper Frog Street, Tenby. Anyone with any information regarding the theft which occurred sometime on Bank Holiday Monday is asked to contact PC270 Pugh at Tenby police station on 0845 330 2000.
Broken down speed boat
Tenby's inshore lifeboat was launched at 7.20 pm on Saturday after an 18-foot speed boat broke down off the resort's North Beach. The ILB located the vessel, Talk Tenby, took it in tow to the harbour, moored it up and then transferred the casualty to the Mayor's Slip.
Student injured
A 22-year-old student from Germany was taken to hospital by ambulance on Saturday after falling from the harbour wall at Saundersfoot. The geology student who was on a field trip staying in Newgale sustained a suspected of the lower leg and was taken to Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest.
