Keith Hamer from Kilgetty's got a new image!

He's lost four stone two pounds and has a new hairstyle to complete his new look, courtesy of Sarah at Andrew Price in Tenby.

Keith, who has gone from 17 stone two to 13 stone since May, was promised a new look by Sarah as an incentive to reach his target weight.

She made the 'deal' with him after hearing about his challenge when he went to the salon to pick up his wife Lynn after an appointment.

Keith has lost the weight through a LighterLife diet, attending sessions run by Val Rushton in Carmarthen.

"It wasn't easy," said Keith, who now admits it's done him a world of good to lose the weight, as he feels much better and healthier - and he's gained a brand new wardrobe of clothes!

"A big thank you to LighterLife and Andrew Price's salon," he said.
