Have you heard about the Lions' 'Message in a Bottle' scheme'.
The scheme is being supported locally by Tenby and Saundersfoot Lions Club and is free to the user.
Anyone using the scheme can use the bottle to store personal information which could be used in an emergency, such as name, next of kin or friends to contact, allergies, regular medication etc., doctors details and medical information.
The emergency services are aware of the scheme and will look for the green cross stickers on the inside of your front door and find the information in the bottle which is kept in your fridge - easy.
The scheme is being launched tomorrow (Saturday) in Tudor Square, Tenby, by Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, at 10.30 am.
'Message in a bottle' packs will then be available free from your local chemists or by ringing 842507 for further information.
