Nearly £2,000 has been donated to the Noah's Ark Appeal in memory of 17-year-old Samantha Jenkins, of Cowsland Farm, Begelly.
Sam was driving to Pembrokeshire College on January 23 last year when she died tragically in a road accident.
Her family have been very proud of the magnificent response to the appeal from the very many people who loved and knew Sam.
Their generosity resulted in the total of £1,910 being presented to Clr. Mrs. Rosemary Hayes MBE, Pembrokeshire president of the Noah's Ark Appeal, which is raising funds for Wales's first children's hospital.
