A committee meeting is to held to discuss the accounts for the Augustus Place Community Centre in Tenby.
Raising the matter at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, Deputy Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Christine Brown said that looking at the accounts for the town council over the summer period, it was clear that no money was being made on hire bookings at the community centre when they took into account maintenance costs etc.
“Perhaps we need to revise the booking charges, as we can’t afford to lose any money on it,” she remarked.
The Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane said that they would organise a meeting of the community centre’s committee to discuss the matter.
