The official launch of the first Tenby Blues Festival took place at the town's bandstand last Friday, with Christine Gwyther AM and Mayor of Tenby, Clr. Trevor Hallett, on hand to set the ball rolling.Also in attendance on what proved to be a wet and windy afternoon were the festival organising committee, sponsors and local performer, Al Davey, who even let the Mayor strum a few notes on his trustee acoustic guitar to get proceedings underway.
