RUSSELL JONES LLINOS JENKINS

The wedding took place on August 9 in St. Mary's Church, Tenby, of Russell Jones, an aeronautical engineer, and Llinos Jenkins, a primary school teacher. The groom is the son of Wayne and Angela Jones, of Caerphilly, while the bride is the daughter of Colin and Julie Jenkins, of Penally. The bride, given away by her father, wore a Paloma Blanca designed wedding gown with a cathedral veil. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of sweet peas, roses and summer flowers. The Maids of Honour were Jennifer Varallo (bride's friend) and Gillian Roberts (bride's friend), bridesmaids were Becky Williams (bride's friend) and Sarah Bloomfield (bride's friend). They wore two birds knee-length dresses in duck egg blue and carried hand-tied bouquets of summer blooms. The flower girls were Olwen Evans (bride's god-daughter), Mabli Evans (god-daughter's sister) and Elsabeth Jenkins (bride's niece). The best man was Matthew Hazell (groom's friend) and the ushers were Craig Jones (groom's brother), Luc Jenkins (bride's brother) and Steven Francis (groom's friend). The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Alexandra Grace and the congregation was entertained by Tenby Male Voice Choir. The reception was held at The Corran resort and spa in Laugharne. After the wedding the couple honeymooned on a road trip in California. The newlyweds will continue to make their home in Cardiff.
