St. Andrew's Church, Narberth, was the setting on Saturday, August 12, for the wedding of Mr. Richard Owen and Miss Jennifer Medwell. The groom, eldest grandson of Joyce Reynolds, is a teacher at Tavernspite CP School.
The bride, youngest daughter of John Medwell and Jeanine John, is an LSA, also at Tavernspite School. Given away by her father, the bride wore a stunning strapless A-line ivory dress encrusted with crystals. Bridesmaids were Amy Morgan (friend), Jessica James (groom's niece) and Rachel Owen (groom's niece). Page boys were Jacob Owen (couple's son) and Liam James (groom's nephew). Best man was Haydn Morgan and usher was Stephen Owen (groom's brother).
The service was conducted by Rev. P. Lewis and was followed by a reception at Plas Hyfyrd Hotel. The couple, who will be honeymooning in Rome at the end of October, will be making their home in Narberth.
