A dog daycare facility at Bethesda, Narberth, have recently donated over £1,000 for Guide Dogs Cymru.

Speaking on behalf of the Members of the Pembrokeshire Fundraising Group of Guide Dogs Cymru, Eva Rich said:

“We wish to say a huge thank you to Annie, Derri, Davey, Jess, Jorden, Caitlin and Cassie of Cotton’s Crèche Dog Daycare for a magnificent donation”

The amount of just over £1,000 was raised by the Santa Paws Christmas Fayre, Barknardos (the dog second-hand shop in Cotton’s reception area) and selling eggs donated by Pippa Good during 2021. Just over £600 of the total was raised by the Santa Paws Christmas Fayre on December 4.

Cotton’s Crèche Dog Daycare have been supporting Guide Dogs for the last five or six years, increasing the total each year.

“The Pembrokeshire Group are extremely grateful to Annie and her team and all their Dog Families for their continued support throughout the year not only at fundraising events, and trust this will continue during 2022.”

Annie added, “Cotton’s Crèche would like to thank all their Crèche members for their continued support over the years and for contributing towards the Guide Dogs fundraiser supporting the great work they do caring for the dogs who take care of us. We look forward to the next fundraising event in the summer.”
