The Pembroke Committee of Macmillan Cancer Support will be holding its Annual Pancake Day Coffee Morning on Shrove Tuesday, February 20, at Pembroke Town Hall, from 10 am to 12 noon. Freshly made coffee or tea and pancakes will be available for £1.50 and pre-ordered deliveries of pancakes will be made to shops and offices in Main Street. Do come along and support this worthy charity, which provides so much assistance and advice to local cancer sufferers and their families. Everyone will be welcome. For the eighth successive year, Anthony Wood took part in the Boxing Day Swim at Tenby, in aid of Macmillan, and raised a magnificent £210.
