LOCAL ladies Julia, Jayne, Del, Mandy and Julie completed their first ever Pembrokeshire Dawn Walk for Macmillan Cancer Support recently.

Despite the training, none of the girls really appreciated how the last four miles would feel!

Between the five of them, over £1,200 has been raised for a very worthy cause.

The girls would like to say a big thank you to all those who sponsored them and also to all those marshals who kept them going with plenty to eat and drink, it was much appreciated!
