Tomorrow (Saturday) morning, the Tenby and District Branch of the Labour Party hold their monthly meeting at St. Teilo's Church Hall, Tenby. Coffee is served from 10.45 am, followed by a short business meeting.

The planned speaker, Martin Mansfield, general secretary of the Wales TUC, has postponed his visit to Tenby until the autumn. Instead, last month's presentation and discussion on Welsh Labour's preliminary policy documents by Vic Dennis, Maria Battle and Mike Thorne will seize the opportunity of some extra time to discuss the important issues involved. All members can vote at the end of the meeting. The recorded votes will be sent to Labour HQ in Cardiff.

Forthcoming guest speakers are: Saturday, April 18 - Lisa Stevens, Labour candidate for the European Parliamentry election in June; Saturday, May 16 - Julie Morgan, MP for Cardiff North; Saturday, June 27 - Jane Hutt AM, Minister for Health at the Welsh Assembly.

The 'speaker slot' is at 11.30 am. Please make a note of these dates, as hearing these speakers will be very worthwhile. You don't have to be a member to attend, but many non-members who do attend often find the event so interesting that they decide to join this very active group.
