How is enhancement going to work?

As one council tax payer in Tenby, we pay the police? I think very little of the effectiveness of them in the town.

Where do traffic wardens come in - are there any?

In order to keep the traffic moving, would it be possible to have timed parking, say a 20-minute limit, in some areas, such as Tudor Square and the walled town.

This would help shoppers and delivery vans/lorries; the very sight of a traffic warden makes you hurry, but they must be strong people, not local residents; this is important. There should also be reasonable on-the-spot fines.

How is the enhancement ever going to work?
