The Welsh Blood Service are thanking blood donors of Tenby, who previously helped to save lives at their last donation session at Tenby Leisure Centre on August 29, 2017.

Jonathan Ellis, Head of Donor Engagement, said: “We’re so grateful to everyone in Tenby who donated blood! One blood donation potentially saves three lives, so it’s amazing to know that donors in Tenby have potentially saved 273 lives.

“We’re hoping at our next clinic we can help to save even more lives!”

The Welsh Blood Service need to collect 450 donations every day to supply hospitals in Wales with blood for patients in need.

They will be at Tenby Leisure Centre on Tuesday, November 21, from 11am - 1.30 pm; and 3 – 7 pm.
