I have discovered that the Penally relay transmitter is transmitting the four high definition programmes, BBC HD, BBC One HD, ITV1 HD and S4C Clirlun.
This signal comes from Carmel transmitter, near Carmarthen, so people on the north side of Tenby could also benefit.
The Freeview website describes HD in the Tenby area as unavailable.
