Last week’s fundraising quiz night for the Harriet Davis Trust at Tenby Sailing Club raised a fantastic £226 for the charity.

Elizabeth Sleight, development manager for the charity, said: “This is a brilliant result and what’s more it was such a fun night out too. We are so grateful to wizard quizmaster Terry Evans for all his hard work, and to Tenby Sailing Club for their support.”

The trust is currently raising funds to refurbish Giltar View, one of its Tenby properties, by upgrading the special bedroom and bathroom, improving access, redecorating and replacing furniture and fittings. Hopefully, the work should begin at the end of the year.
