There was a happy autumn atmosphere at New Hedges Village Hall for the annual Harvest Supper organised by the village's 'Tuesday Ladies'. The hall was decorated in a Harvest theme to welcome 60 people who enjoyed a hearty ploughman's supper, before Radio Pembrokeshire personality 'Selwyn' took to the floor to provide an hour of hilarious entertainment. A raffle, auction and the singing of Harvest songs, led by John Butland and Alwen Hughes, also featured in a memorable evening, which raised the excellent sum of £338 for New Hedges Village Hall funds. Thanks go to everyone who helped in any way to make the evening such a success, particularly 'Selwyn', who evidently enjoyed the night as much as his audience, and kindly gave his time free of charge.
