A Charity Golf Day hosted by Milford Haven Golf Club was a huge success.

A final total of £1,000 was raised for Blood Bikes Wales Pembrokeshire on the day (Friday, August 26) thanks to the generous golfers and sponsors, and the kind people who supplied fantastic raffle prizes, without whom none of this would have been possible.

After a wet start, the weather cleared up and the rest of the day was brilliant sunshine. Lots of thanks go to Tom Hilling from the Milford Haven Golf Club who really put his pennyworth in to get the best results. Peter Kraus handed the cheque over to Craig from Blood Bikes Wales Pembrokeshire.

The next event for the Blood Bikers is on October 23 when there will be a fishing competition at Amroth. Peter Kraus said: “Thank you to everyone who took part and made a whole lot of money for Blood Bikes Wales Pembrokeshire. Now I am looking forward to some time in 2023 when the next Charity Golf Day will be held!”
