For an early taste of Christmas you’ll want to visit Colby Winter Fayre this weekend as it celebrates all things festive.

The free annual event returns to the National Trust’s Colby Woodland Garden on Saturday and Sunday (November 14 and 15) between 10 am and 4 pm, and is a great chance to start your seasonal shopping.

Escape the hustle and bustle of the high street and browse a range of traditional stalls, with local arts, crafts and homemade produce on offer across the weekend.

Sample seasonal food and drink along the way, warm up in the Bothy Tea-room and enjoy the gardens during your visit; the woodland walks are wonderful at this time of year.

The National Trust shop will also be open if you’re looking for gifts or souvenirs to remind you of your visit to Colby.

Other festive activities you can enjoy with the Trust this winter include the free Southwood Farm Christmas Fayre on Saturday, December 12 and a traditional 1500s Christmas at the Tudor Merchant’s House in Tenby.
